Claim Management Services makes use of the information it has about you to carry out the agreement we have made to provide you with our business services. Claim Management Services also serves as a data processor on behalf of its clients. Claim Management Services will process personal data for the term of any contract and keep just the personal information required to fulfil legal requirements for an additional 60 months after the contract's expiration. Any unnecessary personal data will be erased after two years.
