A bit about us.

At CMS, we help individuals and businesses to prepare and present claims in best possible terms to their insurance companies and representatives.  We will attend site, survey damage, collect and collate information, and then prepare documentation to notify and submit claim details to the insurance company.  We will then meet with your insurance company representatives to discuss and agree liability and scope of claim, and thereafter discuss and agree quantum, with financial offers to compensate you for your loss.

The CMS team of Loss Assessors are:

Dale Coyle, BSc(Hons); PGDCPM: ICIOB.

Dale has over thirty years experience, which commenced with his work in the fields of architecture and building surveying.  Over the last 20 years, Dale has specialised in working in the field of Loss Assessing, using his building surveying qualifications and experience to specialise in building claims, whilst also building a solid foundation with creating an excellent relationship with Loss Adjusters and other insurance company representatives, to enable the best possible settlement terms.

James Coyle, BSc(Hons).

James joined the company 3 years ago, and has quickly built up an excellent knowledge of the insurance industry, and the surveying of properties, preparation and negotiating of insurance claims.  James also has an excellent relationship with Loss Adjusters, also allowing for the timely settlement of claims on best terms for you, the policy holder.  James also specializes in Business Interruption claims, with the benefit of his Finance degree, and is a Certificate Member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
